What A View!

This beautiful, luxury cabin has everything we think you need for your best vacation yet. Besides an incredible view, the great room has a stone, gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV with satellite service and a surround system. The cabin has a large, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, top of the line appliances including a gas stove and snack bar. You will find everything you need to cook and serve a gourmet meal to family and friends during your stay. The garden level has a 2nd gas stone, fireplace, and a 2nd large Flat Screen TV with satellite service. It also has a bar, a second dining table or could be considered a card table, and a futon. Step out onto the new large patio area and enjoy the brand new hot tub, chaise lounge chairs and the chairs that surround the table top fire pit.

The decking on this cabin is outstanding, and include a covered built in pavilion with comfortable seating and an outdoor wood burning fireplace.

This cabin has Satellite TV service, but no Internet. Verizon cell service works well. Because the cabin is in high elevation and there are very few neighbors, the speeds are typically quite fast allowing you to use your cell phone as a hotspot. Other cell services might work as well, but have not been tested as of yet.

  This was a last minute trip and we had no idea what was in the area. The Ocoee River is amazing! We spent lots of time there exploring. The house was absolute perfection! We do a lot of traveling and have stayed in a lot of different accommodations, this place blew us out of the water! Super clean, very well stocked and nicely decorated. The driveway was scary for me, but both my dad and husband said it wasn’t bad once you did it a time or two! Hah. The face on the tree at the top taunted me each time we went up or down! :) I had emailed several times with questions and they were super quick to respond and always friendly. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 young children. The hot tub was a big hit and the views were spectacular. We would 1000% stay again and recommend to everyone! Thank you for an amazing spontaneous trip!

  We stayed at this cabin for Christmas. It has everything you will need and was very clean. It’s spacious and has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking any meal. The view is to die for, you can see so many stars on a clear night. The location is at the edge of town so there is a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Murphy or a grocery store. We loved the quiet of being so high up in the mountains. The management company is great and always responded to our questions. We highly recommend this cabin.

  We had a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful, and we were able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, build a fire outside in the fireplace on the porch, and the kids loved the hot tub and firepit on the lowest level. The views really are stunning.

  Absolutely gorgeous view! House was very clean and spacious. We had bad luck with some rain and clouds that blocked the view for a good part of our stay. However, there was an abundance of comfortable outdoor seating under shelter so we could still be outside. And that hot tub with that view! We could live in it.
  
  Only warnings: It is remote and a steep climb to get there. My Camry really had to work at it. Also, the house is truly wonderful and spacious, but each bedroom is on its own floor. This worked for us but might be an issue for a family with small children. For older children and adults traveling together it would be great. For the record I was able to get a signal with T-Mobile without a problem.

  Admist COVID-19 and managing work from home and home school, this trip was exactly what our family needed. I can't say enough about this cabin, it was absolutely perfection!! View is outstanding, amenities perfect, bed comfortable, and so close to so many areas to visit (NC, GA, TN). The road to cabin was a bit intense the first time, but after a few trips in and out it didn't even phase us. We will recommend this for sure and be back.
  One suggestion - have guests leave restaurant, hiking suggestions for future guests. I signed guest book but looks like we were first.

  overall the stay was nice. The cabin is beautiful and the floor plan is perfect. I especially love the outdoor space. The kitchen could use a blender, a coffee brewer (it has a keurig) and also needs a toaster. During our stay we did not have a working television. Wasn't a deal breaker- but those things should be checked out before arrival. Also the living room needs a few lamps for lighting. The overhead lighting is harsh.

  What A View is absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed. The views are beyond spectacular and the cabin was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Just about anything you can imagine you would need for your stay is provided. All you need to bring is food and your personal items. The towels and linens were hotel quality and the appliances and furnishings were top notch. We dream of having a home like this of your own! Tara, the Property Manager was wonderful - very helpful and a joy to work with. We are so glad we rented this cabin and it will definitely be our first choice for our next visit to the Murphy area. Very close to GA and TN and tons of things to do, restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. We highly recommend this property!
